耶加雪菲生長在衣索比亞西南部著名Sidamo產區的山岳及森林裡面，咖啡豆屬於中小顆粒，生豆顏色略呈黃綠色，豆型漂亮完整，在東非精品咖啡中具有代表性。
耶加雪菲最獨特是具有明顯的水果甜酸，入口後茉莉花的花香及檸檬酸甜立即衝出。很多人對中淺烘焙耶加雪菲共同的感覺是「不太像咖啡，倒有點像水果茶」，是一款目前最流行的優質水洗阿拉比卡豆。
